Here at CDA, we have been working from home since March 13th 2020, and introduced a ‘Work from Anywhere policy to give our team the freedom to work from wherever they feel best.

Since the pandemic, it’s fair to say that life has been difficult for everyone. A year on, and many of us are still working from home which has now become the new normal. Not only has this been difficult to adjust to but being in and out of lockdowns can also take its toll.

Working from home has its perks- no commute, pyjamas all day, sounds perfect right? But feelings of stress, anxiety and uncertainty is also completely normal.

Whether you work from home alone, are surrounded by family, screaming children or housemates, it can be difficult to ensure your mental health is being taken care of.

Having a happy, driven team reflects on the quality of our work and our agency results, but we are all human and struggles can occur. So, we have put together some tips to help you take care of your wellbeing whilst working from home during these uncertain times.
