🤖How AI can be used as a powerful tool for eCommerce
2026 will see the rise of AI and Agentic Commerce with online retailers. AI will make online shopping smarter and more seamless by:
- Powering hyper-personalised product recommendations
- Use conversational and voice shopping to facilitate shopping experiences through natural dialogue rather than traditional screens or keyboards
- Use autonomous AI assistants that can research and even complete purchases for users
Retailers will use AI to:
- Automate routine tasks like customer support, inventory forecasting, and pricing
- Improve operational efficiency
- Tailor shopping experiences in real time
- Boost engagement and sales whilst reducing costs
“Agentic commerce”, where AI agents act on behalf of shoppers, will become a key trend shaping the future of eCommerce.
The digital world won’t be slowing down anytime soon, so if your business feels like it’s falling behind, we can help. We’ll work with you to assess what your business needs, then recommend and implement the right AI tools, platforms, and strategies to support your goals. We bridge the gap between technology and real-world business, helping you see how tools like AI can solve everyday problems and unlock new opportunities without any of the unnecessary jargon.
