CDA are currently recruiting for a new position, the role of Website Support & Content Executive to join our growing team who work remotely.
We are currently looking for a Web Support & Content Executive to join our exciting and fast-moving agency who are based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire but now work from anywhere.

Working within the delivery and support team, this role is responsible for adding content to websites and mobile apps, software testing and support overflow. This role is all about getting projects live and then assisting with post-live support, so works alongside both the Account Management and Development teams.
SKILLS WE LOOK FOR:
- Ability to use and understand the features the applications provided
- Strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop good working relationships
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong PC/IT skills including MS Office
- Knowledge of website content management systems
- Willingness to learn and positive, can-do attitude
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working within the Support and Development team, this role involves
- Data uploading on multiple website platforms (Magento, WordPress, WooCommerce)
- Graphic design support and image editing using Photoshop
- Testing of websites and mobile apps, raising any issues found and keeping track of their progress
- Providing client support via email, support portal and telephone
- Working to meet deadlines where applicable
- Once you are fully trained you will become responsible for some/all the above.
You will also be required to attend and hold meetings with members of the company, this will include the Managing Director and Senior Managers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- GCSE’s minimum grade c/4, including English & Maths
- Educated to degree level
SALARY:
Starting salary between £18k and £22k dependant on skills and experience.
